           I love to run! I run outside at recess. I  run laps around the playground. I run on a trail. I go around the orange cones. I run by myself. I like to run because it is fun. I love to run fast! I run as fast as I can go!  I don’t think anyone could catch me.

                This morning we had a surprise when we got to school. A HUGE helicopter landed next to our playground. It was very LOUD. It was from the VT National Guard. It landed so that kids from the Middle School could learn about being in the Army. I think I would like to fly in a helicopter. It would be scary. We would fly high in the sky!  I hope the helicopter comes back soon.

Blogging Challenge Week 6

   I want to be a bus driver when I grow up. I want to be a bus driver so I  can drive kids home, just like my bus driver Kevin does. I could drive the little kids home in my blue bus. I would drive fast! I would make sure that everyone wears their seatbelts. I would make sure that everyone is safe on the bus. It would be fun to drive the bus!

Blogging Challenge Week 5

This Sunday is Easter.I am so excited and I can’t wait! The Easter Bunny is going to come to my house and hide candy. My brother Michael and I are going to find it. I hope the Easter Bunny brings me the DVD “Hop” and lots of candy. I am going to leave a carrot and some OJ on Saturday night for the Easter Bunny. On Easter I am going to go to Church with Mrs. Cope. We are going to eat lots of yummy food there and see the Bishop!  What do you want to get in your Easter Basket?

Blogging Challenge Week 4

 I like the Lorax. I haven’t not seen the movie, but I want to. I have read the book and know that the Lorax cares about taking care of the Earth.

I just read about Earth Hour. Did you know that tomorrow the world is celebrating Earth Hour?

If 500 children promise to switch their lights off for Earth Hour, The Lorax will turn his moustache green for a whole day on 31 March! I would like to see that happen!

I think we should help the Lorax turn his moustache green by turning off the lights in our houses tomorrow.  Can you help?

     I love Veggie Tales movies. I like the movie called “The Pirated that doesn’t do anything”. My favorite characters are Bob the tomato, Larry the Cucumber, and Jr. Asparagus. The characters sing silly songs. Larry sings a lot of silly songs. What is your favorite movie?

CHAMP

   Champ is a Lake Monster. He lives in Lake Champlain between Vermont, New York and Canada. Champ is friendly and very nice. I think he lives at the bottom of the lake. He doesn’t have a family. Champ likes to eat pepperoni pizza like me! Champ is the mascot of my old school, Union Memorial and of the  Vermont Lake Monsters baseball team. I LOVE champ!!

Blogging Challenge Week 2

 I go to Malletts Bay School in Vermont. My teacher’s name is Mrs. Boucher. She is a nice teacher. There are 22 kids in my class. Every day we have a morning meeting. We say “Good Morning” to each other. My favorite way to greet my class is with Sling Shot Bob. He is very loud! 

  Everyday we do reading, math, spelling, science and go to Unified Arts.  I love to go to music class with Ms. Clark. I like to sing with my friends.

    We have lunch at the Bay Cafe. It like Wednesdays the best because that is Pizza Day.
