   Hi A,
   I am glad that you got your cast off. Did the doctor say how long you would have to wait before you could do athletics again? I suspect that you can find lots of other things to do in the mean time.

   I am happy to find that you have this blog where I can leave you messages. I will try to sneak in and surprise you from time to time.
