These are the six panels from the district art show. Nice work everyone.

Save the date and mark your calendars for the Colchester School District Art Show at Colchester High School in the gymnasium. Students from grades K-12 will be represented in this annual event.
Hours are:
Tuesday, May 7-Friday, May 10
8 AM-4 PM
There will be a reception on Thursday, May 9 from 6-8 PM. Refreshments will be served

This summer I had the best art teacher adventure ever.  I took a bicycling vacation in France with my husband.  The area where we spent our time was the same area where the artist Vincent Van Gogh lived and painted.  I got to visit the very spots where he stood and did his painting.  It was awesome.   At the end of the bicycle trip we spent a couple days in Paris and visited some amazing museums including the Louvre.  I had my picture taken with Mona Lisa.  Here are some of my photos.

 

 

 

 

 

The Colchester School District Art Show is on display now through Friday, May 4 from 8 AM to 4 PM in the gym at the high school.  There will be a reception Thursday, May 3,  from 6-8PM with refreshment and entertainment.  Please come join the fun and see the wonderful art work from all the Colchester schools.
