On Tuesday, December 13th Porters Point students and staff  had a school wide celebration of a Sports Day.  Students have worked hard to practice Being Safe and Being Respectful.  We filled another large container in the cafeteria with “Warm Fuzzies”.  Our school wide celebration was a “Sports Day”.  Students wore sports gear, clothing or signs relating to sports.  Athletes from Colchester High School came to visit at both lunches on Tuesday.  As a special treat Mr. Moses asked Champ, of the Lake Monsters, to come and and visit with the students.  Champ was a huge hit and students had a wonderful time visiting with him and the high school students during lunch.  Some of the high school athletes were former Porters Point students.  All of our guests spoke and reminded students to Be Safe, Be Respectful and also Be Ready to Learn.
