Volunteer Form
In Colchester you need to have a background check if you want to chaperone or attend a field trip. There were a few times last year when I had to turn parents away because they didn’t have their paperwork approved prior to the field trip. I strongly encourage you to complete the paperwork (download link below) if you think you will want to chaperone any field trip this year.
